Plain-language summary of how MANEXA handles data.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone) for the people an institution invites; the operational records an institution enters or imports (students, staff, attendance, fees, transport and similar); and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To operate the MANEXA platform for your institution, to send transactional communication you or your institution trigger (for example notices, one-time codes and receipts), and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Isolation & access
Data is scoped to the institution that owns it. Within an institution, access follows roles and the organization hierarchy; parents and students can only access their own records.
Providers
Email, SMS and payment functions are delivered through third-party providers configured by the platform; they process only what is needed to deliver that function.
Retention & requests
Institutions control their data and can request export or deletion in line with their agreement with MANEXA. Individuals should route requests through their institution or via our contact page.
Security
Credentials are stored hashed, one-time codes expire and are single-use, and sensitive actions are audited. See our security overview on the About page.
